Don’t be caught wearing another lame costume this year. Here is TheBestWho’s list of the top costumes for the year.
• Michael Jackson: Take your typical skeleton costume and singe it. Add one charred glove and go trick-or-treating with a few of your young male friends.
• Rush Limbaugh: Get a XXXL St. Louis Rams jersey. Use some duct tape to cover the name on the back and replace it with “LIMBAUGH.” If you can get a double-zero jersey, bonus points.

CNN and the other major cable news channels broke into regular programming to follow the flight of a red balloon over Paris.
According to 911 tapes, locals believed they saw a young boy with the balloon. Officials worried the boy might still be with the balloon as it soared over the city.
“We saw a little boy following the balloon,” an anonymous source said. “He may have been named Pascal. He followed the balloon to school, to the bus and to church. It was almost as if they were friends.”

According to unconfirmed sources, the United States Postal Service has designed two new stamps for the public to vote on that will honor the late Michael Jackson.
After the great response the USPS got from the Elvis stamp, the Jackson stamp contest promises to be even more popular.
The two designs, one showing Jackson during the time of his album “Bad” and another during his trial for child sexual abuse, will be voted on by the public.
