Believe it or not, embattled star Britney Spears created a scene at a Hollywood sex store.  She threw a tantrum and stripped in front of a shell-shocked staff.  She ripped off her own underwear and tried on a pair of shorts with ‘Barely Legal’ written on them.  An eyewitness said, “It was like dealing with a child.”
