Reports have surfaced that during Mel Gibson’s DUI arrest last year, that consisted of driving intoxicated, sexually harassing a female officer whilst simultaneously hating Jews (Gibson truly is a renaissance man!), Mel Gibson may have been given special treatment by three L.A. County Sheriff’s Department employees while being arrested.

The Office of Independent Review has stated that the officers failed to follow the proper procedures during the Gibson’s arrest and attempted to withhold details of the arrest report, which contained Gibson’s alleged anti-Semitic statements.

Two sergeants and a jailer are involved. One received a two-day suspension and the two others received written warnings.

Personally, I am shocked! LA County Police actually followed through with such allegations of special treatment! This is a Wes Craven level shocker. No, this is an M. Night Shyamalan grade shocker we’re talking about here.

Bravo to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department for finding their balls! First they actually sentence Paris Hilton to jail and now this!
