In order to not appear out of the loop (everyone else is doing, why shouldn’t I), we must discuss Amy Winehouse.

This girl has some lungs! She can sing! She has the voice and control of someone much older than her years, but from all accounts, she is desperately trying to catch the body up with the voice.

Does this come to us as a surprise? The girls is crying out for help and no one seems to listen. Well, we listen, but looooove the drama! We as fans encourage her behavior because let’s face it, Bill Hicks was right when he said all of our best music is owed to drugs. You think ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ was penned at a Christian summer camp? Amy Winehouse is no exception, and we keep buying the records.

Her hit single is called “Rehab,” she has been in and out of rehab, her last name is Winehouse which is basically saying that there is someone storing a crapload of wine in a house somewhere and that person is either her or related to her. And she is constantly getting in trouble with the police and wandering around London in a daze. Her teeth are abandoning her, (see above) and now according to her father, she has been seen hanging out with former Kate Moss boyfriend and Babyshambles frontman and all around ne’er do well Pete Doherty.

By the way, am I the only one who has never heard even one song by Babyshambles?
