Nicole Ritchie and Christina Aguilera both gave birth Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. just down the hall from one another.

Ritchie and boyfriend, Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden gave birth to a girl.
Harlow Winter Kate Madden weighed in at respectable 6 pounds, 7 ounces (someone takes after mommy!).

Aguilera and husband, Jordan Bratman gave birth to a child of indeterminate (or is that unconfirmed?) sex at 4:00 p.m. Swell!

All mothers and babies are reportedly doing well.

Sorry Paris, you missed the boat on this one. We all know you tried, but it just didn’t work out this season.
But don’t worry! It’s not too late!
If you get crackin’, you can still have one in time for fall!
(But you and I both know they’ll be as in style as capri pants by then)
