E! News was privy to info that K-Feds attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan is planning to ask the court to keep Britney Spears cut off from her kids, possible until April after her disturbing ordeal last week involving her stand-off with K-Fed, the police and paramedics.

K-Fed has been awarded sole legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children last week during an emergency hearing after their 3-hour confrontation.

The hearing is set for Monday, and after last week’s incident, it is not looking so good for Britney and her kids.

In equally disturbing news, Kevin Federline, a.k.a., “K-Fed”, a.k.a., “Can you believe this guy?”, is headed back into the studio.

Based upon the success of his hit single, “PopoZão,” Federline felt it was important to his fans that he produce a new album as soon as he can.
You know, for the fans.

There is a silver lining to this raincloud, however. Federline, in a moment of clarity, much outside his character, has decided that he will no longer be a rapper.
He is going into the studio as a producer, cranking out dope-ass tunes for others to rap over (I love you, Jesus!) in order to spend more time with his kids.
