OK, that title sounded pretty gay, but I assure you that is not where this story is going.

It seems that the New York Post, with all of the journalistic integrity and objectivity they could muster, decided that they should plant a, stay with me here, a fake Jessica Simpson into the crowd of the Cowboys vs. Giants game on Sunday to see if it was true that her presence at Cowboys games threw off Dallas quarterback Tony Romo.

Well, apparently it did.
The Cowboys lost to the Giants, 21-17 in Green Bay.

The look-alike, 21-year old nanny Lynsey Nordstrom, was a dead ringer for the star, and sat in the 3rd row at the 50-yard line.

Needless to say, Giants fans were amused.

The true, “Yoko Romo” (fan’s name, not mine) was not present at the game to support “number 9.”
I doubt she ever will again after this.
