The sad case of Britney Spears, K-Fed and their children, was allowed to remain on course Monday as Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon decided to keep in effect an order suspending Spears’ right to visit her two sons, and keeping them in the custody of Kevin Federline.

Federline arrived early to the courthouse decked out in a new mohawk and suit, while Spears arrived around noon, possibly wearing underwear.

Another hearing is set for February 19th.
