Eddie Murphy and his wife of two weeks (that’s 10 years in Hollywood years!), Tracey Edmonds, are calling it quits.

Murphy and Edmonds married in Bora Bora on New Years day this year, after a year long romance that included Murphy fathering a child with Scary Spice, and being declared the worst actor in Hollywood films in 2007.

The (formerly) happy couple planned to renew their vows in the States as soon as possible, because, can you believe this, their Bora Bora nuptials carried no legal significance in the U.S.!

So, the way I see it, Murphy has had about as much luck with love in the past year as he had at the box office.
I mean Pluto Nash and Norbit combined, had a longer stay in the theaters than this marriage (sources confirm that is just barely).

Man, I wish Eddie Murphy was still funny.
Oh well, the good news is, he still has his music.
