Barbara Walters and Oprah Winfrey are locked, leg-to-neck in a bidding war over exclusive rights to the missing McCann baby story. There has been much hair pulling and leg thrashing in the struggle to be the first to land this story.

The McCann’s whose poor little girl, Madeleine went missing in Portugal, will reportedly receive upwards of $2 million for their story.
Cash money, fool!

The couple are catching a lot of flack for the deal, but say that it is because their $2.7 million fund to find Madeleine is drying up.

They have also had their representatives meet with film producers to possibly turn their story into a film, you know……. to find her.
That’s classy!

So, what this means is that losing your child can be a lucrative enterprise?

Munchausen-by-proxy?
More like Munchausen-buy-new house!

I’m too appalled to laugh.
