In what is most likely a futile attempt at a return to stardom, Corey Haim, the blonder of the two Corey’s of 80’s movie fame, has placed a full-page ad in Variety magazine in an attempt to revive his long-since dead and decomposing career.
Us here at TheBestWho.com love to take a few liberties with our photos to better illustrate our stories in the way our perverse, juvenile minds visualize it ourselves. But we decided that there is no possible way to make this ad by Haim any more sad, and unintentionally funny, than the man himself did.
It would be simple to make fun of this sad little ad by a
one-time big shot star of such films as License to Drive and
The Lost Boys, but this is just too depressing to do.
I’m serious. This is for real sad. No sh*t!
I want to make fun of him. It’s my job, but I know I and the rest of America
can’t fool ourselves any more.
We need him. We need Corey back!
Do you think Zac Efron is going to give us such performances as Corey did in Dream a Little Dream. Or could any of the Jonas Brothers do justice to the role of Griffin in a remake of Prayer of the Rollerboys like Corey did?
Hell no!
Well, at least The Two Corey’s has been picked up for a second season.
(God, love ‘em!)
Let him, reader.
Let Corey make amends. To you. For being away, so….so long.
