According to her recent Maxim interview, Avril Lavigne thinks her own fans are “stalkers”, “weirdos” and “crazy guys”.

She says, “I’m the one with all the stalkers. I get these weirdo, crazy guys. There are a lot of ‘Avril, Marry Me!’ signs. I’ve had fans tattoo my face on them or get the same tattoos I have.”

So what, I have a tattoo of Robin S. on my butt and I feel that it’s a lovely gesture.

Avril went on in her bashing rant to say, “I’ve had women tell me they named their daughters after me, which is kind of weird, because I think people will hear their name and totally think of me. If someone were named Shania, I’d think Shania Twain.”

Oh, Avril!
Don’t you know that the best way to keep your fans is to say how much you love them and appreciate that fame and wealth they brought you?
Or are you such a sly little girl that you are playing hard to get?
