Shia LaBeou, star of Transformers and that movie with the holes, oh, and that one film where the guy next door kills people, plead not guilty to a charge of smoking in California.

The 21-year old was said to have been smoking outside an L.A. drugstore earlier this week, and was ordered to appear in court last Tuesday, which neither he or his lawyer managed to do.

An arrest warrant was issued for him, but yesterday his lawyer showed up in court and entered the not guilty plea on his behalf.
LaBeouf still has to appear in court on April 24th.

This is LaBeouf’s second infraction at a drugstore.
The first was when he was arrested in Chicago at a Walgreen’s for trespassing and appearing drunk.

What’s up with the drugstores, Shia?
Ya need a fix so bad you have to loiter, trespass and get lit just to hang out at a Walgreen’s?
