With Disney already working on “High School Musical 4” and “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” on its way to theaters, Disney is squeezing every last penny it can out of this strangely successful franchise.

What will The Mouse slap the High School Musical name on next? World News Tonight?

Consider the number of HSM products already out there: “High School Musical,” “High School Musical 2,” “High School Musical: The Ice Tour,” “High School Musical Soundtrack,” “High School Musical: Encore Edition,” “High School Musical: Remix Edition,” “High School Musical On Stage (or High School Musical: The Musical),” “High School Musical: The Concert,” “High School Musical: The Junior Novels,” “High School Musical 2: The Junior Novels,” “High School Musical 3: The Junior Novels,” “High School Musical: Sing It!” videogame, “High School Musical: Making the Cut” videogame and “High School Musical: The Selection.”

OK, Disney is fine with Vanessa Hudgens even though she took nude photos of herself that ended up on the interenet because she apologized and admitted it was a poor judgment call. Sounds more like Disney being fine with her continuing to make the company money.
